Introducing the DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant, designed for all-day comfort and durability. This lightweight pant is engineered with flame-resistant technology, featuring a durable 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend fabric for superior comfort and long-lasting protection in hazardous work environments. The pants include two front slant pockets for easy access and convenient storage, as well as two back welt pockets for a professional appearance while offering secure storage. With an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and classified as Cat level 2, these pants are compliant with several safety standards, including NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112, as well as ASTM F1506 and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and they comply with OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to launder according to the instructions on the garment label, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, and starch. The pants should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only and are dry cleanable. Proper laundering is essential to maintain fabric performance, and if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
