The DRIFIRE® FR Hi-Vis Dual Hazard Long Sleeve T-Shirt Class 3 is designed with a ribbed collar for comfort and features a lightweight dual blend Hi-Vis construction that enhances breathability while providing protection against arc flashes and flash fires. This shirt includes FR 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective comfort trim, a left front chest pocket, and a tagless neckline with smooth covered neck and shoulder seams for exceptional comfort. The shirt has an arc rating of 11 cal/cm² and falls under Cat level 2, made from a durable 6.25 oz. dual hazard knit material. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 for arc flash protection, along with ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 3, ASTM F1506, OSHA 1910.269, and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions provided, avoiding bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The laundering instructions specify to machine wash cold with like colors (max. 80°F / 27°C) and tumble dry low (max. 140°F / 60°C), ensuring that contaminants such as dirt, greases, and oils are effectively removed to maintain fabric performance, and if contaminants remain after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
