The DRIFIRE® flame-resistant essentials work pant is a lightweight and durable pant designed for all-day comfort in hazardous work environments. It features a lightweight, flame-resistant fabric that provides superior comfort and long-lasting protection. The pant includes two front slant pockets for easy access and storage, along with two back welt pockets that offer a professional appearance and secure storage. It has an arc rating of 9.2 cal/cm² and is classified as Cat level 2. The material consists of a 7 oz. cotton/nylon blend. Compliance standards include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, and OSHA 1910.269. Product care instructions recommend laundering according to the garment label, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents with those chemicals, fabric softeners, and starch. The recommended washing method is to machine wash warm (maximum 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and garments should be dried cleanable.
