Introducing the DRIFIRE® FR Essentials pullover hoodie, designed for comfort and durability in hazardous work environments. This hoodie features durable flame-resistant fabric that provides superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It includes a large drawstring hood that fits over a hard hat, rib knit cuffs and waistband to prevent riding up, and a generous cut that allows for unrestricted movement. Made from soft FR/AR midweight fleece, the hoodie offers warmth and protection, with an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and classified as Cat level 2. The material is 10 oz. FR fleece. This garment is compliant with various safety standards including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certified to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, and CSA Z462 (Canada), as well as OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is recommended to read the garment label and launder according to the instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, and detergents containing either. The hoodie should be washed separately from other garments, using warm machine wash (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and is dry cleanable. Proper laundering is essential to maintain fabric performance and remove contaminants; if contaminants cannot be removed after laundering, it is advisable to discontinue use of the garment.
