This hoodie is crafted from durable flame-resistant fabric, offering superior comfort and long-lasting protection. Key features include a large drawstring hood that fits over a hard hat, rib knit cuffs and waistband to prevent riding up, and a generous cut for unrestricted movement. Made from 10 oz. FR fleece, it provides soft mid-weight warmth and protection, with an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and categorized as CAT 2. The hoodie is compliant with various safety standards including NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, and CSA Z462 for arc flash in Canada, along with OSHA 1910.269 regulations. For product care, it is advised to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The hoodie should be washed separately from other garments using a machine wash at a maximum temperature of 165°F (74°C) with detergent only and is also dry cleanable.
