This hoodie is made from durable flame-resistant fabric that offers superior comfort and long-lasting protection. It features a large drawstring hood that fits over hard hats, rib knit cuffs and waistband to prevent riding up, and a generous cut that allows for unrestricted movement. The soft FR/AR midweight fleece provides warmth and protection, with an arc rating of 19 cal/cm² and categorized as Cat 2. The material is 10 oz. FR fleece. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E for arc flash, UL certification to NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506 for arc flash, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), and OSHA 1910.269. For product care, it is important to read the garment label and launder according to the provided instructions, avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, detergents containing either, fabric softeners, or starch. The hoodie should be washed separately from other garments in warm water (max. 165°F/74°C) with detergent only, and it is dry cleanable.
