The raglan sleeve design enhances the range of motion, providing unrestricted movement and comfort while delivering UPF 50+ protection against harmful UV rays and workplace hazards. With an arc rating of 8.7 cal/cm² and classified as Category 2, this hoodie is compliant with NFPA 70E, ASTM F1506, and CSA Z462 standards for arc flash, as well as OSHA 1910.269 regulations. For product care, it is advised to launder according to the instructions on the garment label, using only detergent and avoiding hydrogen peroxide, chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, and starch. The hoodie should be washed separately in warm water (maximum 165°F/74°C) and is dry cleanable; proper maintenance is essential to preserve fabric performance when soiled with contaminants such as dirt, grease, and oils, and if contaminants persist post-laundering, discontinuing use of the garment is recommended.
