The Drifire® FR fleece lined vest features PyRad® fabric by GORE-TEX Labs, offering superior windproof and water resistance for enhanced performance in adverse conditions. This lightweight, breathable, and fast-drying vest includes an inside chest pocket, lined pockets for added warmth, and resists cold cracking in low temperatures. The extended tail provides extra coverage, while the FR 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective comfort trim enhances visibility. With an arc rating of 30 cal/cm², it falls under Cat level 3. The material consists of 7 oz. PyRad® fabric by GORE-TEX Labs, lined with 10 oz. modacrylic blend fleece. Compliance standards include ANSI/ISEA 107 type R class 2, CSA Z462 for arc flash (Canada), OSHA 1910.269, and ASTM F1506 for arc flash. For product care, the garment label should be followed for laundering instructions, avoiding bleach, hydrogen peroxide, and fabric softeners. The recommended washing method involves separating it from other garments, using warm water (max. 120°F/50°C), and rinsing thoroughly to remove all residues. Tumble drying on a medium setting with the garment turned inside out is advised to protect its water-repellent treatment. Discontinuation is suggested if contaminants persist after laundering.
