The D|FLUX dust collectors are designed to provide exceptional dust collection performance while maintaining a clean workspace. This series is equipped with powerful TEFC motors and features a highly efficient cyclone separator for capturing both heavy particles and fine dust in a clear plastic bag. The innovative 1 micron canister filter offers superior air filtration and easy maintenance. Its user-friendly design includes a wireless RF remote for convenient operation, magnetic hose connections for easy setup, and air-strut-assisted drum lids that facilitate effortless handling. The specifications include a 1-1/2 HP motor, 110 Volt voltage, a 6" inlet, and a splitter of 2 x 4". The collection volume is 20 gallons with a filter size of 14-1/2" x 24". The maximum airflow is 868 CFM, while the maximum static pressure is 9.7". The dust collection type is a 2-stage cyclone with a cast aluminum impeller measuring 12-3/4" in diameter. The drum bag retention operates under negative pressure, featuring a magnetic connector for the drum bag hose and clear hose for the drum lid. The drum handle lift is assisted by air struts, and the system is mounted on mobility-friendly machine and drum wheels. The dust collector is ETL certified, operates at a sound rating of 78 dB, and measures 27-1/2" x 44" x 70". Manual filter cleaning is required, and it is packaged in one box.
