The garment is designed for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, railway and metro workers, and emergency response personnel. It features ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 and CSA Z96 certification, constructed from lightweight stretch ripstop fabric that incorporates permanent wicking and Bisley® X-Airflow™ ventilation at multiple heat stress areas, including laser perforated self-fabric panels on the sides and underarms. The design includes two chest pockets with touch tape closure, 2" perforated stretch reflective tape for enhanced movement, a two-piece structured collar, and two-button adjustable sleeve cuffs. The fabric composition is a blend of cotton and polyester, providing comfort through cotton while ensuring durability and comfort with polyester. The ripstop feature employs reinforcement threads interwoven in a crosshatch pattern, making it resistant to tearing and ripping, and it is coated to create a waterproof barrier. The reflective material is silver retro-reflective, providing higher visibility with level 2 silver reflective standards. The construction includes an X-back and vented back for added breathability, and it meets Type/Class R3 standards, suitable for workers requiring the highest visibility under various conditions. The garment is designed for extended life, allowing it to be reusable and launderable, which reduces costs and minimizes environmental impact through decreased waste.
