This safety kit is ideal for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, railway and metro workers, and emergency response personnel. It features ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 and CSA Z96 certifications, and is made from lightweight stretch ripstop fabric with permanent wicking. The kit includes Bisley® X-Airflow™ ventilation at multiple heat stress areas, incorporating laser perforated self-fabric panels on the sides of the body and underarms. Additional features consist of two chest pockets with touch tape closure, 2" perforated stretch reflective tape for enhanced movement, a two-piece structured collar, and a two-button adjustable sleeve cuff. The fabric composition is a blend of cotton and polyester, with the cotton providing comfort and the polyester enhancing durability. The ripstop fabric features reinforcement threads interwoven in a crosshatch pattern to resist tearing and ripping, and is coated to create a waterproof barrier. The reflective type used is silver, providing a higher standard of visibility through level 2 silver reflective material, which reflects light back when illuminated. The construction includes an X-back and vented back design for added breathability, classified as Type/Class R3, intended for workers requiring the highest level of visibility during high task loads and a full range of body motions. This garment offers extended life, being reusable and launderable, which not only reduces costs but also minimizes waste and environmental impact.
