The kit includes jackets, bibs, and coveralls made from waterproof polyester ripstop 300D with PU coating and equipped with 20.26oz of multi-layer insulation, which includes 10.62oz of DuPont™ Sorona® Aura insulation, providing warmth in temperatures as low as -51°F (-46°C). Key features include heavy-duty adjustable elastic shoulder straps with buckle closures, double-layered knees for added durability, long side leg vents with zippers and press snap closures, twin chest zip pockets, and two front angled pockets. The reflective double hoop taping on the lower leg ensures visibility, while the garments offer 50+ UPF sun protection. It is important to note that these items are not compliant when worn alone; however, when combined with Class 2 apparel, they satisfy Class 3 requirements, allowing the ensemble to be classified as performance Class 3.
