Simplify sanding with a 19-38 combination brush/drum sander, which allows for both drum sanding and profile sanding on the same machine through its exclusive technology. The kit includes a flatter head for sanding uneven surfaces, an aluminum drum for drum sanding, and an open stand. It features variable feed speed with IntelliSand™ technology that automatically adjusts conveyor speed based on load to prevent gouging, damaging, or burning stock, ensuring a consistent finish even with varying grain patterns and densities. Additional features include variable head speed for brush heads, optional wire and nylon brush heads available for purchase, a simple alignment feature for quick adjustments, indexed settings for sanding stock wider than 19", and easy height adjustments with a thrust bearing design. The extra-wide conveyor measures 22" to support stock over 19" wide, and the drum carriage is bolted to the base to prevent misalignment.
