The kit is designed for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, railway and metro workers, and emergency response personnel, featuring ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 and CSA Z96 compliance. It is made from lightweight stretch ripstop fabric with permanent wicking and incorporates Bisley® X-Airflow™ ventilation at multiple heat stress areas, including laser perforated self-fabric panels on the sides of the body and underarms. Specific attributes include two chest pockets with touch tape closure, 2" perforated stretch reflective tape for enhanced movement, a two-piece structured collar, and two-button adjustable sleeve cuffs, as well as a UPF rating of 50+. The fabric composition is a blend of cotton and polyester, where cotton ensures comfort while polyester adds durability. The ripstop construction, with reinforcement threads interwoven in a crosshatch pattern, enhances tear and rip resistance and includes a waterproof coating. The reflective type is silver, utilizing level 2 silver reflective material that meets high visibility standards. The garment features an X-back design with reflective material crossing the back and a vented back for increased breathability. It falls under Type/Class R3, intended for workers needing the highest level of visibility while performing high task loads and maintaining visibility throughout a full range of body motions. The product has an extended life and is reusable/launderable, contributing to cost reduction and minimizing environmental impact through decreased waste.
