The kit is designed for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, railway and metro workers, and emergency response personnel. It features ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 and CSA Z96 compliance, with lightweight stretch ripstop fabric that has permanent wicking properties. The garment includes Bisley® X-Airflow™ ventilation at multiple heat stress areas, incorporating laser perforated self-fabric panels on the sides and underarms. It has two chest pockets with touch tape closure and employs 2" perforated stretch reflective tape for improved movement. Other attributes include a two-piece structured collar, two button adjustable sleeve cuffs, and a UPF rating of 50+. The fabric composition combines cotton and polyester, providing comfort along with durability. The ripstop fabric is interwoven with reinforcement threads in a crosshatch pattern to resist tearing and ripping, and it is coated to create a waterproof barrier. The reflective material is silver, utilizing level 2 silver reflective technology for enhanced visibility. The garment is constructed with an X-back design that crosses reflective material on the back, a vented back for added breathability, and falls under Type/Class R3, which is intended for workers requiring the highest visibility levels during various body motions. It is designed for extended life, being reusable and launderable to reduce costs and environmental impact.
