Workers in extreme cold temperatures and cold storage environments face significant challenges in maintaining productivity, and the Bisley® Extreme Cold Collection by PIP® is designed to address these needs with advanced thermal protection. The kit includes jackets, bibs, and coveralls featuring waterproof polyester ripstop 300D with a PU coating and 20.26 oz of multi-layer insulation, incorporating 10.62 oz of DuPont™ Sorona® Aura insulation to ensure warmth in extreme cold conditions down to -51°F (-46°C). The garments are equipped with heavy-duty adjustable elastic shoulder straps with buckle closures, double-layered knees for enhanced durability, and long side leg vents with zippers and press snap closures. Additional features consist of twin chest zip pockets, two front angled pockets, and reflective double hoop taping on the lower leg for visibility, while providing 50+ UPF sun protection. It is important to note that the garments are not compliant when worn alone; however, when combined with Class 2 apparel, the ensemble meets Class 3 requirements. This collection promotes an extended life as products are reusable and launderable, contributing to cost savings and reduced environmental impact through less landfill waste.
