It is constructed from 10.5oz FR denim with 2% spandex, which enhances mobility and comfort. The garment includes contrast topstitching with aramid high tenacity FR thread and is fully metal thermally protected from the skin. It has been bar-tacked at all stress points and features a one-way heavy-duty #5 brass zipper on aramid tape. There are two curved waist pockets, one coin pocket on the right side, and two rear hip patch pockets, along with a set of copper jeans buttons at the front waistband. The product is dual-certified to NFPA 70E (ASTM F1506) and NFPA 2112-2023 standards. The zippers terminate at the bottom of the garment to reduce catch hazards, and the garment is designed for extended life, being reusable and launderable, which not only lowers costs but also lessens environmental impact by reducing landfill waste.
