The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) that reduces worker fatigue, along with an EPS foam liner providing front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It includes a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit, a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption, and a Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allowing for one-handed size adjustments. The precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth, and a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included. Universal accessory slots accommodate various eye, face, and hearing protection products, while the hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Additionally, custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides, and the hard hat features a full brim style with a non-vented shell, which has no openings for airflow. For size adjustment, a wheel ratchet provides quick and easy adjustment, creating a firm and comfortable fit that is less likely to snag in longer hair.
