The cotton material enhances the wearer's comfort, while the modacrylic fabric is inherently flame-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance without losing its protective properties through wear or laundering. The ripstop material adds extra durability and tear resistance, and the design includes two chest pockets with buttoned flap closure and pencil slots, as well as radial loops on both shoulders. The garment is bar-tacked at all stress points and constructed with aramid high-tenacity FR thread and melamine FR buttons, securing the front closure, collar, cuffs, and pockets. It meets dual certification to NFPA 70E (ASTM F1506) and NFPA 2112-2023 standards and falls under PPE category 2 with an ATPV of 9 cal/cm2.
