The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that reduces worker fatigue, complemented by an EPS foam liner providing front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It incorporates a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit, along with a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, while precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth. A factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included, and universal accessory slots accommodate various eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides, featuring a full brim style and a non-vented shell design that has no openings for airflow. The size adjustment wheel ratchet provides a quick and easy adjustment for a firm, comfortable fit, making it less likely to snag in longer hair.
