The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to reduce worker fatigue, and it includes an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. The 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad ensures a comfortable and secure fit, while the non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband offers maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, and the precise height adjustment settings ensure the proper depth. The hard hat includes a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (280-HP542MC) and universal accessory slots that accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat, which features a full brim style. The non-vented shell hard hats have no openings for airflow and ventilation, and the size adjustment wheel ratchet provides quick and easy adjustment for a firm, comfortable fit that is less likely to snag in longer hair.
