The kit includes a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE), which reduces worker fatigue, and an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It features a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a comfortable and secure fit, along with a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, while precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth. A factory installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (280-HP542MC) is included, and universal accessory slots accommodate various eye, face, and hearing protection products. The hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class C requirements. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat, which has a full brim style. Additionally, the vented shell allows air movement inside for better user comfort and cooling, potentially reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, making it ideal for use with cooling products. Size adjustment can be quickly and easily made with the wheel ratchet, which creates a firm, comfortable fit and is less likely to snag in longer hair.
