The hard hat kit features a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) that reduces worker fatigue, while the EPS foam liner provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It includes a 4-point quick release suspension system with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure fit. The non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband ensures maximum sweat absorption, and the Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments. Precise height adjustment settings are available to ensure proper depth, and a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included. Universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements, and custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides. The hard hat features a full brim style, and the non-vented shell does not have openings for airflow, providing a solid protective design. Size adjustment is achieved through a wheel ratchet for quick and easy fitting, which is also designed to minimize snagging in longer hair.
