The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) to reduce worker fatigue, along with an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It includes a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit, as well as a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-handed size adjustments, and it has precise height adjustment settings to ensure proper depth. The hard hat comes with a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) and universal accessory slots that accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat. The brim style is full, and the non-vented shell hard hats have no openings for airflow or ventilation. The size adjustment feature includes a wheel ratchet for quick and easy adjustment, creating a firm, comfortable fit that is also less likely to snag in longer hair.
