The hard hat kit features a lightweight HDPE shell constructed from UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE), which helps reduce worker fatigue. It includes an EPS foam liner that offers front, rear, and lateral protection against impact and penetration. The hard hat is equipped with a 4-point quick release suspension system featuring strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a comfortable and secure fit. A non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband ensures maximum sweat absorption, while the Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments. The precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth, and a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included. The universal accessory slots can accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Additionally, custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat. It features a full brim style and is designed as a non-vented shell, which has no openings for airflow or ventilation. The size adjustment utilizes a wheel ratchet system for quick and easy modifications, providing a firm and comfortable fit while minimizing the risk of snagging in longer hair.
