The kit includes a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) that reduces worker fatigue, complemented by an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It features a 4-point quick release suspension system with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit, alongside a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The sure lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, and precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth. A factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (280-HP542MC) is included, and the hard hat also has universal accessory slots that accommodate various eye, face, and hearing protection products. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. The brim style is full, and non-vented shell hard hats offer no openings for airflow. Size adjustment is facilitated by a wheel ratchet that provides quick and easy adjustments for a firm, comfortable fit, which is also less likely to snag in longer hair. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat.
