The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell made from UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) that reduces worker fatigue, while the EPS foam liner provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It includes a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a comfortable and secure fit, along with a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-handed size adjustments and precise height settings to ensure proper depth. A factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included, and universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 type II class E and CSA certified Z94.1 type II, class C requirements and offers custom logo imprinting on all four sides. The brim style is full, and the vented shell allows air movement inside the hard hat for improved comfort and cooling, which can reduce the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, making it ideal for use with cooling products. Size adjustment is facilitated by a wheel ratchet that provides quick and easy adjustments for a firm, comfortable fit, and is designed to be less likely to snag in longer hair.
