The kit includes a lightweight HDPE shell made with UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) to reduce worker fatigue, along with an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. It features a 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a comfortable and secure fit, as well as a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband for maximum sweat absorption. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-hand size adjustments, and precise height adjustment settings ensure proper depth. The hard hat comes with a factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (280-HP542MC) and universal accessory slots that accommodate a variety of eye, face, and hearing protection products. It meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class C requirements, and custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides of the hard hat. The brim style is full, and the vented shell allows air movement inside for better user comfort and cooling, reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, which is ideal when using cooling products. The size adjustment wheel ratchet provides quick and easy adjustments for a firm, comfortable fit and is designed to be less likely to snag in longer hair.
