The kit is designed for use in controlled environments such as industrial manufacturing, electronics and aerospace, food packaging, cultivation, university labs, and medical and dental facilities. It includes Altessa grid fabric composed of 99% polyester and 1% carbon, and features color-coded double strap webbing with an ankle strap that has a side release buckle and a top strap combination. The top closure is secured with 1" elastic and webbing, and a female snap is located at the back of the boot. The kit also features a Hypalon sole and should be laundered before wear in ISO cleanroom settings. It meets the necessary standards for use in ISO 5 (Class 100) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and other controlled environments. The extended life of the product allows for it to be reusable and launderable, thus contributing to cost reduction and minimizing environmental impact by lessening landfill waste.
