The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell constructed from UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) to reduce worker fatigue. It is equipped with an EPS foam liner that provides front, rear, and lateral protection from impact and penetration. The hard hat also includes a 4-point quick release suspension system with robust textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit. A non-chafing, replaceable foam sweatband ensures maximum sweat absorption, while the Sure Lock wheel adjustment system facilitates one-handed size adjustments. Precise height adjustment settings guarantee proper depth. The factory-installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap model 280-HP542MC is included, along with universal accessory slots that accommodate various eye, face, and hearing protection products. This hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E requirements. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides, and it features a full brim style. The non-vented shell design has no openings for airflow or ventilation, and the size adjustment wheel ratchet provides quick and easy adjustments for a firm and comfortable fit, minimizing the risk of snagging in longer hair.
