The hard hat features a lightweight HDPE shell constructed from UV stabilized high density polyethylene (HDPE) that minimizes worker fatigue while providing essential protection. It is equipped with an EPS foam liner that ensures front, rear, and lateral protection against impact and penetration. The hard hat includes a 4-point quick release suspension system with durable textile straps and a crown comfort pad for a secure and comfortable fit. For maximum sweat absorption, it comes with a non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband. The Sure Lock wheel adjustment system allows for one-handed size adjustments, while precise height settings ensure proper fit and depth. Additionally, a factory installed 4-point Fidlock chin strap (model 280-HP542MC) is included, along with universal accessory slots that accommodate various eye, face and hearing protection options. The hard hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA certified Z94.1 Type II, Class E standards for safety compliance. Custom logo imprinting is available on all four sides, and it features a full brim style with a non-vented shell for increased protection without airflow openings. The size adjustment mechanism utilizes a wheel ratchet for quick and easy fitting, making it less likely to snag in longer hair.
