This ANSI certified Type II, Class C industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection while working at heights or in confined spaces. It features an ultra-lightweight ABS vented shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner, which helps absorb the forces of top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension for exceptional protection against lateral impact hazards. It comes with an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap featuring a quick release buckle for a safe and secure fit, and a rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet that ensures proper suspension performance and fit for all head sizes. The inner suspension is padded for comfort above the brow line, and the helmet meets clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the full line of Traverse™ accessories and features a cap style brim. The vented shell design allows for airflow, enhancing user comfort and cooling, potentially reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, making it ideal for use with cooling products. The wheel ratchet adjustment allows for quick and easy sizing, creating a firm, comfortable fit that is less likely to snag in longer hair. The helmet is recyclable via TerraCycle® regulated waste at the end of its life, encouraging reduced landfill waste through the EasyPak™ recycling program.
