This ANSI certified Type I, Class C industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection while working at heights or in confined spaces. It features an ultra-lightweight ABS vented shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner that helps absorb the forces of top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts, working in conjunction with the adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension to provide exceptional protection from top of head as well as lateral impact hazards. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick release buckle for a safe and secure fit, while the rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet ensures proper suspension performance and fit for all head sizes. The inner suspension features comfortable padding above the brow line and meets clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the complete line of Traverse™ accessories, has a cap style brim, and its vented shell allows air movement inside the helmet for better user comfort and cooling, reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F. The wheel ratchet provides quick and easy adjustment for a firm, comfortable fit, and the helmet is also designed to be less likely to snag in longer hair. At the end of its life, the helmet is recyclable via TerraCycle® regulated waste, contributing to waste reduction by recycling used PPE through the EasyPak™ recycling program, which offers safe and simple ways to recycle PPE.
