This ANSI certified Type II, Class C industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection while working at heights or in confined spaces. It features an ultra-lightweight ABS vented shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner which helps absorb forces of top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts, working in conjunction with the adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension to provide exceptional protection. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick release buckle for a secure fit and a rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet for proper suspension performance and fit for all head sizes. The inner suspension includes comfortable padding above the brow line, and it meets clause 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the full line of Traverse™ accessories and features a cap style brim. The vented shell allows air movement for improved user comfort and cooling, potentially reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, which is ideal for use with cooling products. The size adjustment wheel ratchet allows for quick and easy adjustments to create a firm, comfortable fit, and is less likely to snag in longer hair. At the end of its life, the helmet is recyclable via TerraCycle® regulated waste, and users can reduce landfill waste by recycling used PPE through the EasyPak™ recycling program, with EasyPak™ containers providing a safe and simple recycling solution.
