This ANSI certified Type II, Class C industrial climbing helmet provides superior impact protection for work at heights or in confined spaces, featuring an ultra-lightweight ABS vented shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner. The impact liner is designed to absorb forces from top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts, working in conjunction with an adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension to offer exceptional protection from both top and lateral impact hazards. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick release buckle for a secure fit, while a rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet ensures proper suspension performance for all head sizes. Comfort is enhanced with inner suspension padding situated above the brow line, and the helmet meets clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the full line of Traverse™ accessories and features a cap style brim for added performance. The vented shell promotes air movement inside the helmet for improved user comfort and cooling, potentially reducing the internal temperature by an average of 4-6°F and making it ideal for use with cooling products. The wheel ratchet size adjustment allows for quick and easy modifications to achieve a firm and comfortable fit, and it is designed to minimize snagging in longer hair. At the end of its life, the helmet is recyclable through the TerraCycle® regulated waste program, helping to reduce landfill waste by enabling the recycling of used PPE via the EasyPak™ recycling program, which offers safe and simple container options for PPE disposal.
