This ANSI certified Type I, Class E industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection while working at heights or in confined spaces. It features an ultra-lightweight ABS shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner that helps absorb the forces of top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts, which work in conjunction with the adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension to provide exceptional protection from top of head as well as lateral impact hazards. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick release buckle for a safe and secure fit. A rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet ensures proper suspension performance and fit for all head sizes, while the inner suspension is equipped with comfortable padding above the brow line. The helmet meets clause 4.2 of EN12492 and is compatible with the complete line of Traverse™ accessories. It features a cap style brim and a non-vented shell, which has no openings for airflow or ventilation. The size adjustment wheel ratchet allows for quick and easy adjustments to create a firm, comfortable fit and is also less likely to snag in longer hair. The helmet is recyclable via the TerraCycle® regulated waste program at the end of its life, contributing to waste reduction through the EasyPak™ recycling program, which provides a safe and simple way to recycle used PPE.
