This ANSI certified Type II, Class C industrial climbing helmet offers superior impact protection while working at heights or in confined spaces. It features an ultra-lightweight ABS vented shell and an integrated EPS inner foam liner. The impact liner helps absorb the forces of top-of-head, front, side, and rear impacts, working in conjunction with the adjustable 4-point HDPE suspension to provide exceptional protection from top-of-head as well as lateral impact hazards. The helmet includes an adjustable 4-point cross-over chin strap with a quick-release buckle for a safe and secure fit, and a rugged Sure-Lock adjustable wheel ratchet that ensures proper suspension performance and fit for all head sizes. The inner suspension features comfortable padding for above the brow line, and the helmet meets clauses 4.2 of EN12492. It is compatible with the full line of Traverse™ accessories and has a cap-style brim. The vented shell allows air movement inside for better user comfort and cooling, reducing the inside temperature by an average of 4-6°F, making it ideal for use with cooling products. The size adjustment is facilitated by a wheel ratchet, providing quick and easy adjustment for a firm, comfortable fit that is also less likely to snag in longer hair. At the end of its life, the helmet is recyclable via TerraCycle® regulated waste. Users can reduce waste sent to landfills by recycling used PPE through the EasyPak™ recycling program, which offers safe and simple container options for recycling PPE.
