This high-visibility work garment is specifically designed for roadway construction workers, survey crews, utility workers, and emergency response personnel, featuring ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 compliance. It is constructed from lightweight stretch ripstop fabric that incorporates permanent wicking Bisley® X Airflow™ ventilation in multiple heat stress areas, including laser perforated self-fabric panels located on the sides of the body and underarms. The garment has a navy bottom to help conceal dirt, two chest pockets with touch tape closures, and 2" perforated stretch reflective tape that enhances mobility. Additional attributes include a two-piece structured collar, two-button adjustable sleeve cuffs, and a UPF 50+ rating for sun protection. The fabric composition is a blend of cotton and polyester, where the cotton provides comfort while the polyester adds durability. The ripstop material features reinforcement threads interwoven in a crosshatch pattern to resist tearing and ripping and is coated for a waterproof barrier. The reflective type used is silver retro-reflective material, with level 2 silver reflective functioning to a higher standard when exposed to light. The construction includes a ripstop design with a vented back for added breathability, classified as Type/Class R3, which is intended for workers requiring the highest level of visibility during a full range of body motions. The garment is designed for extended life, being reusable and launderable, which not only reduces costs but also minimizes environmental impact by decreasing waste.
