The kit is designed for use in controlled environments such as industrial manufacturing, electronics and aerospace, food packaging, cultivation, university labs, and medical and dental facilities. It features Disctek 2.5 fabric, composed of 96% polyester and 4% carbon, and includes a military collar for a clean appearance, raglan sleeves for enhanced movement, ESD knit cuffs, snaps at the top of the zipper, and at the bottom of the leg hem, along with a coil zipper for easy donning. The color-coded hang loop and ESD safe compliance to ANSI/ESD S20.20-2014 further enhance its functionality as a groundable static control garment. It must be laundered before wearing in an ISO cleanroom and meets the necessary standards for use in ISO 4 (Class 10) and ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanrooms and other controlled environments. With an emphasis on sustainability, the extended life of the product allows for reusability and launderability, contributing to cost reduction and minimizing landfill waste, thereby lessening environmental impact.
