This parka includes a water-resistant outer fabric with a padded lining for warmth, a concealed hood for added protection against the elements, and multiple pockets for secure storage. Key features consist of reflective strips ensuring enhanced visibility in low-light conditions, an adjustable velcro cuff for a snug fit, and an inner pocket for convenient personal item storage.
