The CS Unitec 6-Series Unibroach™ HSS Annular Cutter with Pilot Pin features a 1-1/2" diameter and a 2" depth of cut, designed for efficient and precise metal drilling. This high-speed steel (HSS) annular cutter includes a pilot pin to aid in centering and ejecting the slug during the drilling process. The kit comprises the cutter and the pilot pin, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. The cutter is made from premium HSS material, providing durability, extended tool life, and superior cutting speed, with a typical cutting speed of 80-250 SFM depending on material. It complies with ISO 9001 quality standards and meets OSHA safety requirements. The product dimensions are 1-1/2" diameter by 2" cut depth, and it fits standard magnetic drill presses with a Weldon shank size of 19mm (3/4").
