The powerful 80 gallon air compressor is designed for productivity and efficiency, suitable for workshops, service bays, and more. It features a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, hour meter, large flywheel, intake filter/silencer, tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 psi. The unit is certified to the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code and comes with a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
