The powerful 80 gallon air compressors are designed with productivity and efficiency in mind, suitable for workshops, service bays, and more. The compressor pump features a cast iron construction, is splash lubricated, includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16 inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 psi. The unit carries certification under the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code and includes a limited 1-year warranty on the electric motor.
