These powerful 120-gallon air compressors feature a cast iron, splash-lubricated compressor pump with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, large canister intake filter, and oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The powder-coated ASME receiver tank is mounted on a 3/16-inch base plate to reduce vibration, complemented by a powder-coated two-piece belt guard and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Included components consist of ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, hour meter, large flywheel, intake filter/silencer, tank shut-off valve, and a 3-position switch that allows Compressor 1 (lead motor pump), automatic alternating, and Compressor 2 (lead motor pump) modes. The start/stop control is set between 110 to 140 psi and 145 to 175 psi. The unit complies with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and includes a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
