The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, an oil level sight indicator, and a low oil sensor that prevents the unit from starting if oil levels are insufficient. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with magnetic start providing thermal overload protection. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank with a 3/16-inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a 3-position switch. The compressor setup supports two compressors with a lead motor pump and automatic alternating start/stop control set between 110 to 140 psi and 145 to 175 psi. The unit holds a limited warranty of one year on the electric motor and is certified under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
