The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated and includes a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, an oil level sight indicator, and a low oil sensor that prevents the unit from starting when oil levels are inadequate. The industrial low RPM motor is equipped with a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The compressor frame consists of a powder coated ASME receiver tank mounted on a 3/16-inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, hour meter, large flywheel, intake filter/silencer, tank shut-off valve, a 3-position switch, and controls for Compressor 1 as the lead motor pump, automatic alternating, and Compressor 2 as the lead motor pump, with start/stop control set at 110 to 140 psi and 145 to 175 psi. The unit is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code U and comes with a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
