These powerful 120-gallon air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump with splash lubrication, a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16-inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder-coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Additional components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, and a 3-position switch allowing selection between Compressor 1 (lead motor pump), automatic alternating, and Compressor 2 (lead motor pump). The start/stop control operates at 110 to 140 psi and 145 to 175 psi. The compressor is certified to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and includes a limited 1-year warranty on the electric motor.
