The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, an oil level sight indicator, and a low oil sensor that prevents the unit from starting when oil levels are insufficient. The motor is an industrial low RPM type with a magnetic start that provides thermal overload protection. The frame includes a powder coated ASME receiver tank, a 3/16-inch base plate to reduce vibration, a powder coated two-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Components consist of ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, an hour meter, a large flywheel, an intake filter/silencer, a tank shut-off valve, a 3 position switch, and compressor controls with automatic alternating start/stop set points at 110 to 140 psi and 145 to 175 psi for lead motor pump compressor 1 and compressor 2. The unit is ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code certified and includes a limited one-year warranty on the electric motor.
