The AGW series combines an air compressor, generator, and welder into one setup powered by a 688cc Honda GX690 OHV engine. The compressor pump is made of cast iron, is splash lubricated, and features a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large canister intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The generator includes a brush-type 2 pole 120V/240V alternator with total harmonic distortion (THD) less than 6% and 100% copper windings. The welder offers an amperage selection switch with options for 170A or 220A maximum. The frame consists of a powder-coated ASME receiver tank, a powder-coated four-piece belt guard, and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Included components are a regulator and two gauges for tank and outlet pressure, a manual drain valve for maintenance, and a 16-1/2 inch flywheel. In generator mode, it operates on AC current only with the selector switch set to idle down and full throttle, while in welder mode it operates on DC current only with the engine running at full throttle and the selector switch set to full throttle. This unit is certified under the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and UM, and comes with a limited 3-year engine warranty.
