The M series air compressors feature a cast iron compressor pump that is splash lubricated, equipped with a stainless-steel braided discharge hose, a large cartridge intake filter, and an oil level sight indicator. The industrial low RPM motor includes a magnetic start for thermal overload protection. The unit is built with a powder coated ASME receiver tank mounted on a 3/16 inch base plate designed to reduce vibration, accompanied by a powder coated two-piece belt guard and a removable base plate for flexible installation. Key components include ASME safety valves, a tank pressure gauge, hour meter, large flywheel, intake filter/silencer, tank shut-off valve, and a start/stop control set at 145 to 175 PSI. The compressor is certified under the ASME boiler and pressure vessel code U and comes with a limited warranty of 1 year on the electric motor.
